One more day left of FIBER Festival 2024!!

Yesterday, we concluded our context programme. It was a full day, during which we challenged entrenched notions of identity, explored cosmic interconnectedness, and collectively imagined what embodied resistance and communal healing can look like. Later, we (re)connected at Door Open Space for the Outer/Body exhibition, where Bjarte Wildeman presented ‘tens:ding’, a beautiful struggle of intimacy between two performers. Don’t forget that today is also your last chance to visit the Outer/Body exhibition between 10:00 – 17:00, so don’t miss out!

We hope that you still have some energy after that bustling club night at garagenoord, because we are entering the last last day of our festival programme. Today, we return to the Brakke Grond for a day dedicated to the rich and lively field of sound art. Together we will explore the Neighbouring Frequencies between Belgium and the Netherlands, in collaboration with stukleuven and the brakkegrond. With performances by: Amos Peled, Maria Komarova, Suzan Peeters, Aernoudt Jacobs, and Myra-Ida van der Veen.

For the performances running order, check out the timetable on our website or via the TMSQR app! And for those of you who haven’t yet visited the Neighbouring Frequencies exhibition—good news! You will be able to catch it until June 16.

You have till today (sunday) June 2nd to experience BODIES AND SUBWOOFER by Stefanie Egedy. The sound-installation can be visited at Het Slotervaart (Louwesweg 6) at Care.designlab on the following times: 13:00 - 20:00. No time slot reservation is required
